xplus is seeking an experienced Data & AI Architect to define the future data and analytics landscape over a 3–5 year horizon. You will own capability roadmaps, enterprise information models, and architecture standards in collaboration with the Head of Data and senior stakeholders.

You will translate strategic ambitions into actionable direction, shaping the enterprise architecture without directly managing delivery teams, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Enterprise and Data Architect.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, governance and AI/Gen AI.
• Experience defining multi-year capability roadmaps and target-state architectures.

• Define where data, analytics and AI capabilities should go over the next 3–5 years.
• Own capability roadmaps, enterprise information models, architecture standards and guardrails.
