Dataroots, part of the Talan Group, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead end-to-end AI solution design, development, and deployment. You’ll build robust, scalable systems with MLOps/LLMOps, guide clients through technical decisions, and mentor teammates across industries.

The role emphasizes GenAI, traditional ML/DL, and cloud-native deployment, with collaboration across European offices. Fluency in English is required; Dutch/French is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience building and deploying AI systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on GenAI & Agentic AI experience with RAG architectures and LLM orchestration.
• Strong grounding in traditional ML/DL and production deployment practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, build, and deployment of AI solutions delivering business value across industries.
• Guide clients through technical decisions and mentor team members.
• Architect robust, production-grade systems with solid MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Help clients adopt cloud-native deployment and production lifecycle management.
