Job summary

Engibex, a Belgian engineering consultancy, is seeking a Business Manager to own the full commercial cycle: find new clients, win them, and grow them. You will lead a team of consultants around each account, recruit them, and manage performance.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will prospect, negotiate, and build lasting partnerships while steering growth and market expansion. A Master’s degree and 1–4 years in prospecting are required, and fluency in French and/or Dutch plus English is

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in prospecting and building client portfolios is essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and drive.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, cold outreach, meetings, and negotiation to build a client portfolio.
• Build collaboration and trust to turn contracts into long-term partnerships.
• Identify, recruit and select engineers to fit project needs and career goals.
• Manage consultants on assignments and support their development.
• Monitor financial health and drive growth toward targets.
