Through data-driven insights and close stakeholder collaboration, you'll help shape how ABB grows, scales and executes its projects.Your day-to-day includesAligning engineering capacity with business demand, ensuring the right expertise is available to successfully deliver ongoing and future projects.Acting as the central coordination point between Sales, Project Management and Engineering, translating project needs into effective resource plans.Supporting commercial decisions by providing insights into capacity availability, planning risks and delivery feasibility during the quotation process.Building and maintaining a forward-looking resource and capacity plan, proactively identifying bottlenecks, skill gaps and future workforce needs.Monitoring resource utilization across engineering teams and driving balanced workload distribution and efficient resource allocation.Turning planning data into clear reports, dashboards and recommendations that support fact-based business decisions.Coordinating internal and external resources, resolving capacity conflicts and continuously improving planning processes and tools.What makes you right for this role?We're looking for someone who combines analytical strength with strong stakeholder management skills.
