Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects in Brussels, Belgium. You will drive initiatives from concept to delivery, coordinating internal teams, contractors and clients to meet scope, budget and schedule while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electromechanical, Mechanical or related discipline).
• Min. 5 years of experience in project management within engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial or technical environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is considered an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Leading multidisciplinary engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinating internal engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Defining project scope, planning activities, monitoring milestones and managing project risks.
• Following up on budgets, timelines and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Organizing and leading project meetings with clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Reviewing technical deliverables and supporting engineering teams in solving project-related challenges.
• Managing contractual, technical and operational aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to continuous enhancement of PM practices.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
