Akkodis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale technical infrastructure project in the Leuven region for a major industrial organization. You will oversee the project from early design through execution, commissioning and handover, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery in a complex technical environment.

The role requires strong contract, risk and project controls expertise, with excellent stakeholder management and fluent English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on complex technical, infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
• Experience with contract management, risk management and project controls.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Familiarity with construction, civil works, electrical infrastructure or industrial installations is an asset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the project throughout its full lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate engineering activities, permitting processes, and site operations.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and long-lead procurement activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams during execution.
• Drive commissioning activities and ensure a successful project handover.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to management and clients.
