VeroTech is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager to drive on-time, on-budget delivery of advanced engineering projects across hardware, software and system integration.

You will build cohesive cross-functional teams, guide agile and hybrid workflows, and shape project strategy while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role offers hybrid work options and a strong focus on learning and growth within a collaborative community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering with understanding of pyrotechnics and energetic or inert materials.
• Minimum of five years of experience in project management or technical leadership within engineering sectors.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluency in French and English; German or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure engineering deliverables meet on-time delivery, quality, and budget commitments.
• Lead goal-oriented teams to create an efficient and integrated engineering workflow.
• Improve project execution through advanced project management practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Drive process optimization initiatives using Agile, V‑model, or hybrid methodologies.
• Manage engineering performance through Program Engineering KPIs.
• Support regulatory, certification, and safety compliance activities for product reliability.
