Stark Recruitment in Grimbergen is seeking a Project Manager to lead energy transition projects for industrial clients, from planning through delivery, with a strong focus on technical excellence, ownership and client interaction.

You will oversee a portfolio including battery storage and cogeneration, ensure delivery on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality, coordinate suppliers and internal teams, and travel across Belgium to cultivate lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Solid understanding of industrial processes and contract management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

• Manage energy transition projects for industrial clients from planning through delivery.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, with focus on safety and quality.
• Coordinate internal resources, suppliers and subcontractors; prepare tender docs.
• Act as main client contact, building relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and monitor financial performance.
