N-SIDE seeks a Senior Project Manager - Energy to lead our Energy department projects in Belgium. You will drive cross-functional teams of developers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver production-ready software solutions for energy customers.

You will apply agile delivery practices, manage risks, and ensure alignment with customer needs, starting ASAP. A Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience are required, with certifications such as PRINCE2 or Scrum highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business.
• 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years leading software projects.
• Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and related certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master, or Scrum Product Owner).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across multi-stakeholder teams.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple projects within N-SIDE Energy software development.
• Coordinate end-to-end agile delivery: backlog, sprint planning, ceremonies, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; manage scope, timing and budget.
• Coordinate training, support and maintenance activities as needed.
• Maintain clear project documentation and customer relations; explore cross-selling opportunities.
• Support sales and bid management as Bid Manager and contributor to proposals.
• Drive process improvements and coach junior managers.
