ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Business Manager to reinforce the Energy Business Unit and drive growth across Europe. You will lead business development activities, build new opportunities, and coordinate consultant teams with a focus on profitability and performance.

The ideal candidate has a Master-level profile, fluency in English and French or Dutch, and 0-2 years of experience in Engineering or Business. A proactive, organized, and autonomous mindset is essential.

Qualifications

French or Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
Engineer profile or Business profile (Master Level).
0-2 years of experience in Engineering or in Business.
You have a passion for new technologies and you are a good listener and communicator.
You are proactive and organized as well as you have an autonomous personality who can manage his/her own priorities.

Responsabilités

Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers in the Engineering sector.
Focus on the broadening of business contracts in the Engineering sector.
Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts and named accounts.
Closing offer deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants).
Selecting & recruiting your new consultants’ team and managing their career evolution.
