VeroTech is seeking a hands-on project leader to spearhead energy conversion product development, from concept and lab prototype through to series production.

You will coordinate experts across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing, guiding decisions with a solid technical foundation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong engineering knowledge and passion for product development.
• Experience in a product development environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ISO, PED and ASME standards.
• Fluent English communication across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead product development projects from concept and lab prototype to full-scale series production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing.
• Coach project engineers locally and across international facilities.
• Align and support technical design decisions with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with test engineers to execute test programmes and evaluate results.
• Manage project scope, budget, status and timing with clear reporting to executive management.
• Apply ISO, PED, ASME and design-based risk management throughout the development lifecycle.
