Virya Energy N.V. seeks a Freelance Project & Operations Manager to scale a start-up in the sustainable charging space. You will identify opportunities, define concepts, and drive projects from feasibility to final investment decision while coordinating engineering partners and permits.

You will ensure asset performance, manage SLAs, and act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in project development and management with knowledge of permitting processes.
• Understanding of asset development: financial viability, market relevance, design, and timelines.
• Technical understanding of charging systems, energy infrastructure, and related software platforms.
• Proven track record in early-stage start-ups or fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate new charging infrastructure opportunities through site Assessments.
• Develop and translate requirements into robust business cases.
• Lead projects from feasibility to FID, coordinating engineering partners and permitting.
• Ensure performance of charging assets and software platforms, manage SLAs and incidents.
• Act as main liaison for stakeholders and shareholders, ensuring project alignment.
