VeroTech is seeking a hands-on project leader to spearhead energy conversion product development, from concept and lab prototype through to series production.

You will coordinate experts across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing, guiding decisions with a solid technical foundation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong engineering knowledge and passion for product development.
• Experience in a product development environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ISO, PED and ASME standards.
• Fluent English communication across all levels.

About The Role

As a VeroTech consultant, you lead product development projects for energy conversion solutions, from concept and lab prototype through to series production. You work in a multidisciplinary environment where technical design, industrialisation, supply chain, sales processes and aftermarket support come together.

You act as Project Team Manager and coordinate experts across departments and international facilities. You guide decisions with a strong technical foundation, manage project delivery transparently and help build reusable knowledge across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept and lab prototype to full-scale series production
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing
• Coach project engineers locally and across international facilities
• Align and support technical design decisions with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with test engineers to execute test programmes and evaluate results
• Manage project scope, budget, status and timing with clear reporting to executive management
• Apply ISO, PED, ASME and design-based risk management throughout the development lifecycle

What we're looking for

We are looking for a hands‑on project leader with strong engineering insight, ownership and the ability to bring people together around complex product development challenges.

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent through experience
• Strong general technical knowledge and a clear passion for product development
• Previous experience in a product development environment is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding and practical application of international standards and regulations such as ISO, PED and ASME
• Experience with design-based risk management
• Fluent communication skills in English across all organisational levels
• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Independent, innovative and accountable mindset, with strong prioritisation skills and an inclusive team approach
