VeroTech is seeking an electrical project engineer to drive the development of industrial energy-conversion solutions focused on steam processes and lower-carbon operation. You will manage projects from concept and prototype to series production, turning ideas into reliable products.

You will collaborate with project leaders, suppliers and internal teams, connecting electrical design, controls, production readiness and aftermarket support across local and international engineering environments.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong electrical design knowledge.
• Fluent English communication across levels.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and EPLAN is a plus.
• Experience with machine controls and programming (Siemens TIA/Simatic) is a plus.
• Experience in a product development environment is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Select main electrical components, including motors and variable speed drives.
• Coordinate the design and release of electrical schematics, electrical BOMs and wiring.
• Define functional specifications for motors, drives, solenoid valves, sensors, contactors, transformers and filters.
• Develop, program and implement control strategies across software and hardware.
• Follow up qualification of electrical components and discuss electrical cabinet design with suppliers.
• Support realization of electrical cabinets and wiring, including production and field installation follow-up.
• Troubleshoot quality and performance issues, implement solutions and apply standards such as IEC, UL, CSA and IEEE.
