Job summary

LanceSoft Europe in Belgium seeks a capable business/functional analyst to join our team in Gent/Melle. The role requires demonstrable experience across business analysis, change management, and BPM optimization, with a focus on the energy sector and MIG4/MIG6 standards.

You will need strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch at CEFR C2, plus familiarity with DM Measure processes. The position offers a challenging environment with stakeholder engagement and opportunities to drive process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business/functional analyst.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Proven change-management experience (education, training, etc.).
• 2+ years in the energy sector (Junior level).
• 2+ years of experience with MIG4/MIG6.
• Experience in quality management and testing.
• Experience in developing and optimizing BPM.
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated in interviews.
• Knowledge of DM Measure processes.
• Dutch-speaking at CEFR level C2.
