CareerBee is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist / Raw Material Planner to join the team at our Tienen site. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, from order processing to material planning and invoicing, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and optimized inventory levels.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related fields, hands-on ERP/MRP experience, and strong analytical abilities. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and strong communication skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Hands-on approach with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Process and follow up on customer orders, verify against quotations and price lists.
• Maintain accurate master data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Plan raw-material and component requirements based on forecasts and production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and avoid excess stock.
• Place purchase orders and follow up on confirmations and delivery dates.
• Identify potential shortages and take action to prevent interruptions.
• Support production planning and contribute to S&OP.
• Coordinate transport, shipments and delivery of demo units to customers.
• Assist with customer invoicing and export licenses as applicable.
• Identify improvements to supply chain processes and implement changes.
