Job summary

PSA BDP, a leader in global logistics, seeks a Marine Bulk Planner to provide day-to-day logistics support, arrange transport, manage execution, and handle shipment issues within the Bulk Marine footprint.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with planning, sites, procurement and external partners, use SAP and logistics systems, analyze data, and drive end-to-end improvements for cost, service, and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating logistics across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excel knowledge and logistics system navigation (ECC & VIP).

Responsibilities

• Operational accuracy in Bulk Marine logistics systems (vessel nominations, voyage execution, documentation, new requests) aligned with physical execution and contractual terms.
• Operational efficiency within your assigned logistics scope, taking ownership of end-to-end execution and continuously optimizing material flows to achieve an effective and resilient supply chain.
• Act as an interface between internal stakeholders (business planning, sites, quality, procurement) and external parties (vessel owners, terminals, brokers, SGS), ensuring that all Bulk Marine requirements—such as loading windows, technical specifications, safety standards, and documentation—are accurately understood, coordinated, and executed.
• Supports and advises business and functional projects as a subject matter expert
