Job summary

PwC Belgium is seeking an Employment Tax Incentives Expert to join our Reward & Employment Tax team. You will advise clients on complex employment tax issues, focusing on wage withholding tax, exemption regimes, R&D incentives and social security reductions, while collaborating with PwC tax specialists and legal professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in employment taxation, tax incentives or related advisory.
• Strong knowledge of wage withholding tax, exemption regimes and R&D incentives.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment tax legislation and incentives.
• Experience managing client engagements from initiation to delivery.
• Experience with tax audits and interactions with tax authorities.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client engagements on employment tax incentives.
• Advise on wage withholding tax and exemption regimes, including R&D incentives.
• Identify and implement tax incentive opportunities with compliance.
• Lead complex client projects with internal and external stakeholders.
