Terumo BCT is seeking an experienced EMEA Senior Trade Compliance Specialist to strengthen our global program for import/export compliance. You will partner across functions to identify risk, implement compliant processes, and support business continuity in a dynamic global setting.

The role requires strong technical trade compliance expertise, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving regulations and business needs across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, international business or related field.
• 5+ years in international trade compliance, customs, logistics or regulatory functions.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA import/export regulations, customs procedures and export controls.
• Experience determining CN codes, country of origin, and export classifications.
• Experience with export authorizations, licenses, or licensing processes.

Responsabilités

• Determine CN codes, origin, valuation, and ECCNs for products.
• Serve as SME for product classification and data governance.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and liaise with Customs Brokers.
• Ensure compliance with EU regs (F Gas, CBAM, BTIs) in import/export.
• Oversee customs entry audits and coordinate with brokers/3PLs.
