Job summary

Gates Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Analyst to support reporting and compliance across the EMEA region. The role requires collaboration with global teams to ensure timely submissions of declarations and due diligence statements for EU markets.

The ideal candidate will have project management experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of global logistics in manufacturing. A data-driven approach and familiarity with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data collection, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% across Gates' European manufacturing sites and distribution center

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective data collection and processing for importation into European/UK markets.
• Coordinate with supplier-facing and customer-facing functions to ensure accurate data inputs into reporting systems.
• Implement data collection from IT transactional systems to support reporting.
• Serve as Gates authorized person in national or regional reporting systems for compliance as needed.
• Prepare and submit audit-ready Due Diligence Statements for products entering EU markets.
