Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• MBA or advanced business qualification preferred.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or analytics.
• Experience supporting multi-country commercial organizations.
• Proficiency with forecasting, CRM governance, and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Establish regional operating model for commercial activities.
• Lead governance processes, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate annual planning and target setting across markets.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Drive CRM adoption, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Demand, Digital, Marketing, and Finance.
