DuPont seeks a Sales Operations Manager to establish a robust regional operating model and governance across the EMEA region. You will drive forecasting, analytics, CRM excellence, and distributor performance, partnering with Sales Leaders to enable profitable growth.

Responsibilities include leading governance cadences, building dashboards, managing pipeline and forecast accuracy, and collaborating with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to align commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced business qualification preferred.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, Commercial Planning, or related roles.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country commercial organizations.
• Proven experience in sales performance management, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM governance.
• Experience developing commercial dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and business insights.
• Experience with distributor networks, channel management or Joint Business Planning is highly preferred.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance.

Responsabilités

• Establish and improve Regional commercial operating model.
• Lead sales governance processes, management routines, performance reviews, and cadence.
• Coordinate annual planning, target-setting, and commercial review processes.
• Drive standardization across countries and channels.
• Identify and implement sales productivity improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reports.
• Own forecasting process, calendar, consolidation, and review discipline.
• Maintain pipeline governance standards and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Serve as CRM governance owner and drive data quality standards.
• Coordinate distributor governance framework and partner performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts and priorities.
