Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and business development experience.
• Proven success managing international and global key accounts.
• Strong background in specialty materials, polymers, plastics, or related industrial sectors.
• Experience within the TPE/TPC/SBC market is desirable.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify market opportunities and devise plans to capitalise on them.
• Monitor sales performance and analyse data to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on retail market trends and competitor activities.
