Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Regulatory Strategy & Advocacy Manager for the EMEA region, based in Brussels. You will coordinate advocacy via trade associations and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging, and Legal.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulatory advocacy, a Master’s degree in a related field, English fluency, and additional European language skills; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, policy, or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong asset.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulatory advocacy or EU affairs.

Responsabilités

• Act as central coordinator for advocacy via Trade Associations; align internal stakeholders (R&D, RA, Safety, Packaging).
• Monitor and interpret EU and national legislation affecting operations and reputation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Communications, and Commercial teams to drive advocacy initiatives.
