Job summary

Nipro Europe Group Companies seeks an Education Solutions Specialist to coordinate and advance the iMEP on the Move initiative from our Mechelen, Belgium office. You will drive high-quality clinical and procedural training across the EMEA region, work with the central iMEP team, and certify local trainers.

In this role, you will deliver trainings at the Mechelen facility and via virtual classrooms, travel up to 60%, and partner with regional sales and clinical teams to tailor programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Biomedical Sciences.
• Proven experience in clinical training, simulation education, or application specialist roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across the EMEA region.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Professional working proficiency in French.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver mobile training sessions across EMEA with travel.
• Design, implement and lead the Train-the-Trainer certification path.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams; report KPIs.
• Deliver and support central training events, simulations, and virtual classrooms.
