Job summary

Nipro Europe Group Companies’ iMEP in Mechelen, Belgium, seeks an Education Solutions Specialist with hands-on, communicative skills to join the training team at the EMEA headquarters. You will coordinate, deliver, and develop the iMEP on the Move program across the EMEA region, certify local trainers, and support clinical education at the Mechelen centre and virtually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Biomedical Sciences.
• Experience in clinical training or simulation education.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across the EMEA region.
• Based in Belgium and able to commute to Mechelen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, deliver and develop the iMEP on the Move initiative across EMEA.
• Design, implement and lead the Train-the-Trainer certification path.
• Collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing and Clinical teams for training needs.
