Stanley Black & Decker in Belgium (remote with occasional travel to Tessenderlo) seeks an EMEA ANZ Outbound Transportation Manager to optimize the regional freight network. Aufgaben

• Lead outbound freight performance management across the EMEA ANZ region.
• Monitor and improve transportation KPIs, service quality, and carrier lead-time performance.
• Partner with Customer Service and internal stakeholders to resolve critical transportation issues.
• Support freight RFQs and carrier evaluations, balancing cost, quality, and service.
• Drive continuous improvement in transportation processes, carrier allocation, and ways of working.
