Médiane Benelux, a seasoned engineering company, seeks an Installation Design Specialist in Charleroi to optimize installation workflows from manufacturing to on-site delivery. You will document procedures and define efficient processes for high-quality outcomes.

You should hold a Master’s in Engineering, be fluent in English, with knowledge of rail systems and engineering tools, and enjoy collaborating in a human-sized, innovative team. This position is based on-site in Charleroi.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Knowledge of railways is an asset.
• Knowledge of E3S, Inventor/CATIA, PLM ENOVIA is a plus.
• Clear writing skills: clarity, rigor, concision.
• English (minimum B2) mandatory; French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Define optimized industrial processes for installation.
• Establish best practices and methodologies for installation activities.
• Optimize task sequencing and PERT schedules.
• Improve productivity and current working methods.
• Enhance logistics aspects (kitting, material packaging, etc.).
• Optimize prefitment and pre-assembly mounting processes.
