ENGIBEX is seeking a hands-on embedded/electronics engineer in Belgium to own measurement solutions from concept to test. You will design hardware like PCBs and data-acquisition setups, calibrate systems, and validate results with minimal supervision.

You’ll tackle thermal and thermodynamic measurement challenges, collaborate with senior engineers, and then work independently with a strong emphasis on a practical, end-to-end approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on embedded/electronics engineer with a system-level focus.
• Understanding of thermodynamics and how compressors work.
• Strong ownership and initiative with minimal supervision.
• Curious, technically critical, and keen to validate ideas.
• Ability to design hardware solutions with clear schematics and docs.
• Portfolio of self-driven technical work; strong examples preferred.
• Experience level flexible; portfolio matters more than years.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop measurement techniques end-to-end: define problem, sensors, prototype and test.
• Take ownership of the full solution and validate results with minimal supervision.
• Design custom electronics and PCBs, build data-acquisition setups and calibrations.
• Help measure fast-changing thermal and thermodynamic behaviour where sensors fall short.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and then execute independently.
