Vivid Resourcing is seeking an Electronics Engineer in Belgium to design and develop electronic circuits for medical products, spanning analogue, digital, and mixed-signal platforms with emphasis on reliability and safety.
You will manage schematic capture, PCB layout, hardware bring-up, debugging and documentation across the development lifecycle, collaborating with embedded software, mechanical and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, compliant hardware from prototype to production.
We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in the development of innovative electronic products for the medical sector. You will work on complex, high-quality electronic systems where performance, reliability and safety are critical, contributing to products that have a direct impact on healthcare and patient outcomes.
You will be involved throughout the electronics development lifecycle, from initial requirements and circuit design through prototyping, testing, verification and production. You will contribute to hardware architecture and design decisions, working closely with mechanical, embedded software, systems and manufacturing engineers to develop robust solutions that meet demanding technical and regulatory requirements.
The role is hands-on and offers the opportunity to take ownership of electronics projects from concept through to product release. You will be involved in schematic design, component selection, PCB development, debugging and validation, while also supporting design reviews, documentation and the transition from development into production.
Working in the medical sector brings an additional focus on quality, traceability and reliability. You will help develop electronics that need to perform consistently in demanding real-world applications, balancing technical performance with safety, manufacturability and regulatory requirements. This role is well suited to an electronics engineer who enjoys solving practical hardware challenges and seeing their designs progress from prototype to finished medical product.
