AYES - Management & Technology Consulting in Brussels, Belgium is seeking Electromechanical Engineers and Consultants to join our growing international team. You will work on multidisciplinary projects that combine mechanical and electrical systems to deliver integrated solutions.

We expect 1–5 years of professional experience, a Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, and English with French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting or technical environments.
• Fluent or professional English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the design and development of electromechanical systems and components.
• Analyze requirements and translate into engineering solutions.
• Support integration of mechanical, electrical and electronic components.
• Perform technical analyses and contribute to system-level problem solving.
• Assist with testing, validation and troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
