Job summary
AYES Belgium is seeking a certified Electrical Engineer to design and improve electrical systems for engineering projects, collaborating with mechanical, software, and automation teams across the full project lifecycle.
You will perform calculations and simulations, select materials, and develop accurate BOMs while leveraging tools like EPLAN and MATLAB. The role supports an international, hybrid work environment with remote-friendly options and a strong focus on professional growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- First professional experience in electrical engineering or industrial systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical design tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB/Simulink is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve electrical systems and components for engineering projects.
- Perform electrical calculations, technical analyses and simulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Select materials and components, and develop BOMs for electrical systems.
