Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical/scientific field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar).
• Hands-on lab experience is mandatory (Master internship/thesis).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze electrochemical and physicochemical experiments on novel catalysts and device structures.
• Develop testing methodologies to evaluate performance, stability, charge transport, and reaction behavior.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment for electrochemical characterization (impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary researchers to interpret results and guide technology development.
• Document findings and contribute to project deliverables and scientific communications.
