Ciner Glass in Lommel is seeking an Electrical Utilities Technician to maintain and operate essential facility systems in a modern production environment. You will work 6 shifts with a weekend rotation, ensuring reliable HVAC, water, and gas operations while collaborating with engineers and other departments.

We value strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, a technical diploma in mechanics, electromechanics or electricity, and a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A technical diploma in mechanics, electromechanics or electricity.
• Experience as a technician is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read drawings.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, water, and gas installations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Assemble, disassemble, and replace mechanical and electrical components.
• Execute and monitor calibrations.
• Record all completed work in our systems.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and other departments.

As a ElectricalUtilities Technician, you are responsible for the technical maintenance and operation of the facility systems that keep our factory running. You work in 6 shifts and, according to the planning, you take responsibility for 2 out of every 6 weekends.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, water, and gas installations
• Assembling, disassembling, and replacing mechanical and electrical components
• Analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation
• Executing and monitoring calibrations
• Recording all completed work in our systems
• Collaborating with fellow technicians, engineers, and other departments
• Contributing to improvement projects within the Utilities department
• Working safely and following all quality guidelines
