Rise Technical is seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver on-site HV/LV training in Oostende, Belgium. You will train and assess delegates, preparing sessions and documentation while working Monday to Friday.

This permanent position focuses on developing as a specialist instructor with structured training and ongoing support. The role requires HV/LV experience and fluency in Dutch and English; local commuting to Oostende is preferred.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

In this role you will deliver both theoretical and practical HV/LV training (including cabling), ensuring safe delivery, assessing delegates, and completing course documentation to standard.

This role suits a candidate who wants an onshore, no-stay-away career with work/life balance, but still wants progression through becoming a specialist instructor and shaping electrical training over time. You do not need experience as an instructor or trainer!
