Adoc Tm seeks a strategic writer and adviser to architect winning EIC Accelerator proposals. You will own the investment case and steer the application narrative, paired with a Lead Writer, focusing on high-impact storytelling and complex financial modeling.

You will coach founders, build robust business cases, and guide teams through EU funding processes across Horizon Europe, Transition, Pathfinder, and Innovation Fund programs. This role thrives in a remote-first, high-performance setting.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in a physics/tech field or related domain.
• 3–5+ years advising Horizon Europe/EIC proposals; exposure to EIC Accelerator is a major asset.
• Exceptional English writing; ability to simplify complex science without reducing rigor.
• Proficiency in VC-level budgeting, financial analysis, and market viability.

Responsabilités

• Strategic storytelling to translate breakthrough science into a compelling investment case.
• Lead founder coaching sessions to sharpen vision and pitch performance.
• Develop robust financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and TRL/market-entry roadmaps.
• Oversee full lifecycle of proposal development and client management.
• Vet startups to maintain top-tier ranking in funded cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to validate project details.
