Adoc Tm is actively seeking an Innovation Funding Manager to lead a remote, international team of 25+ consultants focused on Horizon Europe project funding and grant writing. The role emphasizes operational excellence, QA, and efficient workflow management for high-quality submissions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in leadership roles within fundraising, grant writing, or innovation consultancy, with strong people-management and strategic decision-making capabilities to sustain top-tier

Qualifications

10+ years in operational leadership, fundraising, grant writing or consultancy (Horizon Europe/H2020).
Experience leading large, distributed teams of high-level professionals.
Strong skills in lead qualification, contract negotiation and strategic decisions.

Responsabilités

Provide operational leadership for remote, international team of 25+ consultants.
Qualify incoming cases and allocate them based on consultant expertise and capacity.
Oversee grant writing process with robust QA measures from inception to submission.
Mentor team members and drive professional development.
Ensure workflows comply with Horizon Europe requirements and internal best practices.
Act as the primary problem-solver to resolve technical or narrative roadblocks.
