Umicore seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead safety, health and environmental programs at the Bruges site. You will integrate Safety Prevention Adviser duties and Environmental coordinating responsibilities for USMB, including site security oversight.

You should have a Master’s in a technical field and an accredited Safety Prevention Advisor – level 1, with at least five years of operational management experience. Strong communication and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent by experience.
• Official Safety Prevention Advisor – level 1 accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years of operational managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of regional, national and European safety legislation.

Responsabilités

• Set up, implement and manage a proactive safety strategy for the Bruges site.
• Monitor and report safety performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Umicore group standards and ISO14001.
• Coordinate environmental permits and liaise with local authorities.
• Lead site security and act as the USMB contact for EHS activities.
