Umicore is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager for the Bruges site. You will lead the EH&S program, ensuring compliance with group standards and environmental permits while coordinating plant security and collaboration with management.

You should hold a Master’s degree in a technical field with an accredited Safety Prevention Advisor level 1 and have 5+ years of operational managerial experience, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Master degree in a technical field or equivalent by experience.
• Accredited Safety Prevention Advisor - level 1.
• At least 5 years of operational managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of applicable regional, national and European legislation.

Responsabilités

• Set up, implement and manage safety strategy and management for the site.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Umicore group standards and ISO14001.
• Coordinate plant security and environmental permits.
• Act as primary EH&S contact for internal and external stakeholders.
