Job summary

Expleo Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automotive programs from initiation through validation and delivery. You will define plans, milestones and budgets while coordinating engineering, validation, quality, software, hardware, and manufacturing teams.

You will act as primary interface with customers, monitor progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement of project-management processes.

Qualifications

• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, software, hardware, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Act as the main interface between the customer and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet timing, quality and cost objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies and potential delays and define mitigation plans.
• Track KPIs, actions, open points and critical issues.
• Organize and lead project meetings, steering committees and reviews.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
• Manage changes in scope and constraints.
• Coordinate resource planning and competency allocation.
• Follow budgets and forecasts.

• Manage changes in scope, requirements, priorities, and project constraints.
• Coordinate resource planning and ensure appropriate allocation of competencies across the project.
• Follow project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance where applicable.
• Support escalation and issue-resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal processes, and applicable automotive quality standards.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and management reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project-management processes and best practices.
