Job summary

DPI in Brussels is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the commercial performance of our websites across four markets, with a focus on the German-speaking market. You will set targets for revenue, conversion, and average order value, and partner with marketing, pricing and our web agency to optimise the customer journey.

You will manage product data quality, onsite merchandising and search, monitor competitive pricing, and lead the platform roadmap with our web agency.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years in e-commerce management, ideally in B2B distribution or a retailer with a large product catalogue.
• Strong track record of growing online revenue and conversion with concrete results.
• Experience collaborating with developers and agencies and translating requirements into backlog items.

Responsibilities

• Own online trading: set and track targets for revenue, conversion and AOV by site and market.
• Improve conversion: identify drop-off points in search, product pages, cart and checkout; prioritise fixes and run tests.
• Own catalogue and product data quality: ensure 45,000+ references are well classified, translated and feeds to Merchant Center stay healthy.
• Manage onsite merchandising and search: align homepage and category pages with campaigns; optimise site search results.
• Work with pricing and category teams on online competitiveness and price positioning by market.
• Lead the platform roadmap with our web agency: own backlog, write requirements and test releases.
• Report clearly: build simple performance reporting by brand, site and market.
