Sander Brussels is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to strengthen its specialist team in the Overijse region. You will manage an existing portfolio of corporate clients and advise CFOs, HR Directors, and business leaders on pensions, group insurance, disability coverage, and healthcare solutions.

You will coordinate with internal experts and insurers to optimize benefits, maintain relationships, and drive client satisfaction with a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Employee Benefits, Group Insurance, or related area.
• Experience in an insurance broker or company is a strong asset.
• Strong client- and advisory-orientation with ability to engage CFOs and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent Dutch with professional French and English knowledge.

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Employee Benefits Account Manager to strengthen its specialized team in the Overijse region. Our client is a renowned insurance broker with strong expertise in Employee Benefits. The company supports businesses in designing and optimizing their employee benefit schemes and works closely with the leading insurers on the Belgian market. In this position, you will manage an existing portfolio of corporate clients and become a trusted advisor to CFOs, HR Directors and business leaders on supplementary pensions, group insurance, disability coverage, healthcare and other Employee Benefits solutions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Client Advisory
• Manage and further develop an existing portfolio of corporate clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for CFOs, HR Directors and business leaders.
• Analyze clients' needs and challenges and translate them into appropriate Employee Benefits solutions.
• Build long-term relationships through a personal and consultative approach.
• Identify opportunities to further optimize existing benefit schemes and coverage.
• Employee Benefits Expertise
• Advise clients on supplementary pensions, group insurance, death benefits, disability coverage and healthcare solutions.
• Analyze existing insurance solutions and recommend improvements where relevant.
• Support clients in strategic decisions regarding their Employee Benefits policies.
• Stay up to date with developments in the Belgian insurance market and the broader Employee Benefits landscape.
• Coordination & Collaboration
• Work closely with internal Employee Benefits specialists on the preparation and follow-up of client files.
• Maintain relationships with different insurance companies and partners.
• Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing contracts.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between clients, insurers and internal teams.
• Deliver a high level of service throughout the entire client relationship.
• Relationship Development
• Develop a thorough understanding of your clients' activities, challenges and objectives.
• Identify new needs and opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Share your expertise and best practices with colleagues.
• Actively contribute to the further development of the insurance broker's Employee Benefits activities.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience within Employee Benefits, Group Insurance, Supplementary Pensions, Corporate Life or a similar environment.
• Experience within an insurance broker or insurance company is a strong asset.
• You have a good understanding of Employee Benefits and the main insurance solutions available to corporate clients.
• You are strongly client- and advisory-oriented and easily build professional relationships based on trust.
• You are comfortable interacting with CFOs, HR Directors and other senior stakeholders.
• You are organized, autonomous and capable of managing several client files simultaneously.
• You have a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking initiative.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch, combined with a good professional knowledge of French and English.
