FMA Services is seeking E&I Technicians to join our team in Belgium, working on projects in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. You will handle preventive maintenance, commissioning, and start-up of process installations, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Driving licence B.

FMA Services continues to grow and is looking for 23 E&I Technicians to strengthen our team.

Are you a driven technician with a passion for industrial electricity and instrumentation? Do you want to contribute to challenging maintenance, project, and commissioning activities within the process industry? Then we would like to hear from you.

Your role

As an E&I Technician, you will be deployed on various industrial projects where you are responsible for:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and instrumentation installations
• Supporting industrial projects and expansions
• Pre-commissioning of new installations
• Commissioning and start-up of process installations
• Performing loop checks and functional tests
• Installing, connecting, and testing instrumentation
• Electrical wiring and connection works
• Diagnosing and resolving faults
• Working according to applicable safety and quality standards
• Verification, calibration, and validation

You will contribute to projects within the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, where safety, quality, and teamwork are central.

Who are you?

You preferably have:

• A technical education in Electricity, Electromechanics, Instrumentation & Control, or equivalent through experience
• Experience as an E&I Technician within an industrial environment is an asset
• Knowledge of industrial electricity and instrumentation
• Experience with maintenance, projects, pre-commissioning, or commissioning is a plus
• The ability to interpret electrical diagrams and P&IDs
• A safety-conscious and precise way of working
• A VCA certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• BA4/BA5 is an asset
• A driving licence B
