Louis Vuitton is offering an E-Commerce Intern position within the Benelux, Nordics & Poland Digital & e-Commerce team, based at the Brussels head office. The program, PIONEERS, focuses on developing talent through hands-on involvement in e-commerce operations and marketing initiatives.

You will support email campaigns, website updates, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the digital retail journey for multiple markets.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Internship agreement from university is mandatory.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of Dutch, French, Polish or Norwegian is a strong advantage.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Experience with Jira Atlassian and website analytics tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support planning, creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, paid search and paid social activities.
• Track performance and contribute insights to support e-commerce growth.
• Update and test the website across LV.com for a consistent brand image.
• Collaborate with Digital Production and IT, perform UAT tests and report bugs.
• Monitor user experience and identify friction on digital touchpoints.
• Support data analysis and weekly/monthly business reporting with insights.
