Ariad is seeking an E-commerce & Digital Content Coordinator to optimize online customer experiences for a fast-growing retail partner. You’ll ensure that webshop content is accurate, engaging and commercially effective across the webshop, social media and email channels, working with product marketing, CRM and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce and online merchandising.
• Hands-on CMS and e-commerce content management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights from GA4.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimise the content of the webshop, including the homepage, category pages, landing pages, blog articles and promotional pages.
• Ensure products are published accurately and on time, including pricing, promotions and commercial product content.
• Coordinate and publish content across social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Create newsletters and email campaigns together with the CRM Lead, based on content and visuals provided by internal stakeholders.
• Analyse e-commerce performance using GA4 and other reporting tools, translating insights into recommendations for content and merchandising improvements.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from product marketing, CRM, design and content to deliver engaging digital experiences.
• Contribute to the continuous optimisation of SEO, GEO and online visibility by testing new approaches and following digital trends.
