delaware BeLux is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to help clients optimize their finance and operations with the latest D365 FSCM capabilities.

You will work in a client-facing role with a solid finance background, 4+ years of FSCM experience, and fluency in Dutch or French with English proficiency. You may travel to on-site customer sites and collaborate with our offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège or Wavre.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Dynamics 365 FSCM experience as a consultant.
• Strong background in finance, controlling or accounting.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; good level of English.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects and be involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, configuration, documentation and training, up until go-live.
• Translate client finance processes into robust D365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Coach junior colleagues in configuring the system and training end-users.
• Work on-site with customers and collaborate with our offices.

As a Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant, you ...

• have a passion for finance, controlling or business operations, and enjoy translating complex processes into a solution people actually want to use.
• love working customer facing, and get energy from guiding clients toward smarter, more efficient financial processes.
• like to take the lead in projects, and want to be involved in pre-sales, workshops, analysis, configuration, documentation and training, up until go-live.
• can listen to a customer's finance and controlling challenges, ask the right questions, and translate that into a robust, sustainable D365 Finance & Operations solution. With your knowledge of finance and accounting processes, no requirement is too complex to tackle.
• are eager to keep learning, and enjoy coaching junior colleagues in configuring the system and training end-users.

Who are we?

Our Dynamics 365 Finance team is a tight group of around 30 Finance experts. We offer end-to-end services from the entire Microsoft ecosystem. Therefore, we work on mutual projects with our other Dynamics teams (Operations, Development and Customer Engagement) or get together outside of work for the occasional teambuilding or Friday night drinks.

Is there a match?

• have +4 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM experience as a consultant and combine that with a solid background in finance, controlling or accounting
• can weigh up your customer’s business situation swiftly and translate it into clear functional solutions
• are well-organized, a good communicator and customer-oriented by nature
• are fluent in Dutch or French with a good level of proficiency in English
• are open to working from one of our delaware offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège or Wavre, combined with time spent on-site with our customers
