Thryve is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement CE solutions for client engagements. You will translate business needs into functional designs, lead workshops, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CE customization experience, strong CRM knowledge, and familiarity with Power Platform. You will engage with stakeholders and contribute to delivering measurable business improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Hands-on customization: entities, forms, workflows, dashboards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to elicit requirements from business users and translate into functional specs.
• Familiarity with Power Platform in CE context.

Responsabilités

• Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and Field Service)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional solutions
• Customize Dynamics 365 CE to match client-specific processes, including custom entities, fields, workflows, and forms. Work with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other business applications, including ERP, marketing, and service platforms.
• Serve as the primary functional advisor for clients, providing expertise on Dynamics 365 CE best practices, industry standards, and how to leverage the platform for business optimization.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers to client teams or internal staff.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft's roadmap, new features, and industry trends to advise clients strategically.
• Document functional specifications, configuration settings, and system changes. Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to both internal teams and clients.
• Work closely with technical teams (developers, system administrators) and solution architects to ensure successful solution delivery.
