Qualifications

• Client-focused Functional Consultant with hands-on Dynamics 365 CE experience.
• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Field Service.
• Strong requirements analysis and business process analysis skills.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes.
• Able to translate business needs into practical functional solutions.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and project teams.
• Proactive, analytical and able to work independently.

We’renot your typical IT consulting firm. Collaboration is at the core of how we work, and as a consultant, you’ll be part of a project team. You’ll mainly work from our headquarters, while also joining your team on client visits when needed. You will work on projects across the full Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and Field Service.

You’ll play a key role across the entire project lifecycle — from early analysis and development to testing, deployment, and ongoing support — on complex, high-impact CRM projects.

What your day-to-day looks like

• Analyzing customer requirements and business processes
• Translating business needs into functional Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE apps
• Working with entities, fields, forms, views, workflows and dashboards
• Facilitating customer workshops and requirements sessions
• Advising customers on Dynamics 365 CE best practices and process improvements
• Demonstrating solutions and delivering training or knowledge transfer
• Working with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Creating functional specifications and documenting configurations
• Working closely with developers and architects to ensure successful solution delivery
• Supporting testing, validation and solution acceptance
• Following up on your own deliverables, planning and project progress
• Keeping up to date with the Microsoft roadmap, new features and industry trends

Must-haves and nice-to-haves

We are looking for a client-focused Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

In addition:

• You have experience with implementations of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Field Service
• You have strong skills in requirements analysis and business process analysis
• You are comfortable facilitating workshops with business stakeholders
• You have hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE
• You have a strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes
• You can translate business needs into practical functional solutions
• You communicate clearly and confidently with both customers and project teams
• You are comfortable working closely with technical consultants and solution architects
• Experience with Power Platform is a plus
• You are proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• You enjoy taking ownership and contributing to the growth of something new
