Qualifications

• Client-focused Functional Consultant with hands-on Dynamics 365 CE experience.
• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Field Service.
• Strong requirements analysis and business process analysis skills.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes.
• Able to translate business needs into practical functional solutions.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and project teams.
• Proactive, analytical and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer requirements and business processes.
• Translate business needs into functional Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE apps.
• Work with entities, fields, forms, views, workflows and dashboards.
• Facilitate customer workshops and requirements sessions.
• Advise customers on Dynamics 365 CE best practices and process improvements.
• Demonstrate solutions and deliver training or knowledge transfer.
• Work with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Create functional specifications and document configurations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects for successful delivery.
• Support testing, validation and solution acceptance.
• Plan deliverables and track project progress.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft roadmap and trends.
