Everware Consulting GmbH in the Brussels area seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Consultant. You will help clients optimise financial processes and deliver scalable digital solutions.

In this hybrid role, you will translate financial requirements into effective BC configurations, configure financial modules, support data migration, and train end users while collaborating with technical teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 BC Consultant.
• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes including accounting and controlling.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into practical tech solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Design tailored Dynamics 365 BC solutions aligning with client needs.
• Configure financial modules: COA, VAT, reporting structures and workflows.
• Support data migration from legacy systems with accuracy.
• Lead testing and validation to ensure go-live readiness.
• Deliver training/workshops for end users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support customisations and integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement and client relationship growth.
